Import patients (one-time)
Bring your old patient list in from Practo or any other system. In Excel use
File → Save As → CSV, then choose the file here. Nothing is uploaded anywhere —
the file is read on this device and written straight to your own clinic database.
Protect phone numbers
Moves patient phone numbers out of the patient records into a separate store that only
Admin, Doctor and Counselor accounts are allowed to read. Other staff keep seeing
the last 3 digits and can still find a patient by typing the full number — but the number
itself never reaches their device. Run this once.
Clear all data (go live)
Use this once, on the day you switch from training to real use. It permanently deletes
every patient, every bill and every expense from the clinic database so you can import your
real list into a clean system. This cannot be undone.

Backup
Saves every patient, visit, bill and expense to a file on this device. Keep a copy on a pen drive.
